Shadow Work

Shadowwork is a powerful tool that can help you manifest your goals, dreams, and desires. It’s a way of cleaning out the inner clutter so that you can live in a more positive, inspired space.

Before doing any kind of manifesting we need to go inside of ourselves and clean out negativity. This is shadow work.

What is Shadow Work?

Shadow work is looking at anything that holds us back from our full potential, from our true selves, and from living the life we want to live. It’s about looking at the dark parts of ourselves and facing them head-on so we can be free from them.

It’s about facing our fears and letting go of what holds us down so that we can fly!

Shadowwork can be anything from forgiving someone to forgiving yourself for something you’ve done or not done in the past. It could also be forgiving yourself for feeling negative emotions such as anger or hate and letting them go so they no longer control you.

Forgiveness is one of the most powerful tools in life because when we forgive others we free ourselves from their control over us and our lives.

Shadow work is not just about releasing anger, resentment, and other negative emotions that might be holding you back from realizing your dreams. It’s also about releasing all the self-sabotaging beliefs that keep us stuck in patterns that don’t serve us well.

I believe we all have a shadow self just like Carl Jung. His theory was that everyone has aspects of their personality traits that they hide from others or themselves because it doesn’t fit with the person they think they should be. These hidden parts are often characterized as negative or bad, but I think all of these parts are just parts of yourself that you’ve neglected or suppressed for whatever reason.

The way I see it, our inner world is like an iceberg: there’s much more going on than meets the eye, but only a small part of it shows above water (for instance, what we share publicly). The “shadow” part represents everything underneath the surface — all those thoughts and feelings we don’t want others to know about because they might judge us negatively.

The first step to manifesting is shadow work. Shadow work is cleaning out the negative aspects of your life, in essence, dealing with the dark side. The dark side can be anything from a negative belief to an addiction to a habit that holds you back from living your best life.

For example: If you want more money, but you don’t want to work for it, then you’re going to have a hard time manifesting it. You need to be willing to put in the work if you want more money. This can be as simple as doing extra work after hours working on weekends or taking on additional responsibilities at work. If you don’t want to put the time and effort into earning more money, then maybe you shouldn’t expect it to magically appear without any effort on your part.

If you’re living with a partner who’s always borrowing money from friends and family and not paying them back, then they’re not going to have much luck when they ask those same people for loans or help when they need cash fast because they’ve burned all their bridges with those people by asking them for help too many times before without paying them back first!

The same goes for all other areas of our lives where we want more love or happiness or peace.
